Further Information

  • All dates changeover on Saturday. Prices are in pounds sterling, and include VAT.
  • We accept payment by cheque. Overseas visitors please call / email to discuss methods of payment.
  • A deposit of 25% of the total holiday price is required on booking.
  • Final payment is due within 6 weeks of the holiday start date.
  • The rent includes all electricity, heating, linen and towels.
  • Cots and high chairs are available on request. Please bring your own cot bedding.
  • We accept well behaved pets at £25 per pet.
  • No more than 2 dogs. No pets in bedrooms.
  • No smoking inside.

  • A deposit of 25% of the total holiday price is required on booking.
  • If booking within six weeks of the start of the rental period 100% of the cost will be required before the booking is confirmed.
  • Final payment is due within 6 weeks of the holiday start date. If booking less than 6 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

High Season £1100 (Christmas, New Year, May, June, July, August)
Mid Season £840 (Easter School Holidays, April, September, October)
Low Season £690 (November, December, January, February, March)

Short Breaks
(all year round, except Christmas and New year)
Two nights £345
Three nights £470
Other lengths of stay, entirely flexible depending on availability

Dog £25
All bookings will add an additional £150 refundable Good Housekeeping deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 6 weeks before the first night of stay, full refund.

Cancellations less than 6 weeks, 75% of total refunded (deposit not refunded).

Cancellations less than 14 days, no refund.
